As required by Section 311, Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 4, Delaware County, Oklahoma will hold a SPECIAL MEETING on October 21st, 2010, at 6:30 o’clock p.m., at the Superintendent’s Room, Dan Draper Community Center, Colcord Public Schools, 433 South Larmon, Colcord, Oklahoma.
AGENDA
The following is a list of the business to be conducted by the Board of Education at the above meeting:
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Roll call.
3. Approval of agenda.
4. Discussion, consideration and possible vote to revise the 2010-2011 school calendar to provide for a professional day on November 1st.
5. Discussion, consideration and possible vote to approve Senior Class fundraiser.
6. Discussion, consideration and possible vote to employ a construction manager to provide construction management services in connection with the high school renovation project.
7. Vote to adjourn.
