Today was the final competition day of the 2026 JOM Cherokee Language Bowl! It has been a great week filled with much success!

We finished the week strong by sending two Division 1: K-2 teams to compete. We came away with a 1st place and a 2nd place! The teams competed hard and we are proud of the work the students put in to prepare.

Thank you to our JOM Special Projects Coordinators, Tanya Patterson, Katy England, and Chloe Thomas. These ladies work with students every Wednesday in the Cherokee Club, where students are taught the Cherokee language and culture and prepared for JOM competitions. We appreciate you and the work you do!
