I graduated from Oaks High School. I received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Oklahoma College of Allied Health in 1992. I received a Master of Education Degree in Speech Language Pathology from Northeastern State University in 1994.

I have to complete 20 hours of continuing education every two years to maintain my state license in speech language pathology. I have to complete 30 hours of continuing education every three years to maintain my ASHA certification.
This is my first year working at Colcord Schools. I am in my 20th year of practicing speech language pathology in the educational setting.
I have previous experience working in the Moseley, Watts, Skelly, Leach, Kenwood, Oaks and Salina School Districts. I have provided services at two or three districts each school year.
I have been married for 20 years and we have a 17 year old daughter.
